Yes! After coordinating and processing the payment, you will receive an official confirmation via WhatsApp or email with all the details of your service: time, pickup location, driver's name, and emergency contact information.
About Transfers
Don't worry. We monitor your flight status in real-time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we will adjust the pickup time automatically at no additional cost. We will be there waiting for you when you land.
Our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, just after you pass through customs and collect your luggage. They will be holding a clearly visible sign with your name on it.
The price is always per vehicle, not per person. The rate we quote is the final price for the vehicle and the number of passengers you indicated when booking.
Yes, we can provide safety seats for infants and children at no additional cost. Please be sure to request it when making your reservation and let us know the child's age so we can provide the appropriate seat.
About Tours & Excursions
Most of our tours are all-inclusive packages. They generally include round-trip transportation from your hotel, lunch, beverages, national park entrance fees, and necessary equipment (like snorkeling gear). The description for each tour on our website details exactly what is included.
